If you look up the word PROFESSIONAL Ed’s picture from Smart Shading Systems would come up. I am not that easily impressed but, this guy was phenomenal in every sense of the word. From the initial contact and interaction to the quality and price of each option. Ed bent over backwards to make sure he was satisfying my wants and needs. He was a great listener and asks a lot of questions, which I really appreciated.I do not people I do not know to come in my house. But, Ed was so personal and professional that I felt very relaxed and not anxious at all. Needless to say, the installation was a work of art and he left my house exactly the way he found it.I like things done right the first time and that was my experience with Ed and Smart Shading Systems. I had my shades install about 3 years ago from Smart Shading Systems, and saw Mr Ed down the street doing another installation. Of course, I couldn’t help myself and stop to say Hi and thank him for such a great job and how much we are enjoying the shades. Upon us chatting he told me, they are trying to build up their business and starting to take reviews, so finding them on Google Maps I figured to pay it forward! ? As I said, about 3 years ago we were in need of several very large motorized shades, after shopping around I was referred to Smart Shading by neighbors contractor. Ed showed up on time and made our heads spin with all the information he had, and came up with the perfect solution for our butt joint corner glass windows that no one else thought of, or didn’t know how to do. The other thing he informed us about is how the shades are put together and how important the things we don’t see in a shade. With this, we were totally sold on Smart Shading Systems, and the best part there pricing was better than the big box stores that he was warning us about! Upon installation, they were so careful of our house, clean and methodical. My husband said it was like looking at old-world craftsmen working, so attentive to detail, and he was blown away at the gadgets they had to make the installation perfectly straight and square.All said and done, both my husband and I are loyal customers to Smart Shading Systems, we can’t help but refer them to anyone who comments on our beautiful shades. Don’t take my word for it, call them, they give free advise and estimates!
