Mr. Ed is an absolute pleasure to work with. We had so many issues over several months where we had to postpone the installation of our new shades four times and throughout the entire time he was patient and understanding. When we were finally ready he was on time and did a great job installing the perfect shade for our needs. We could not be happier with the results. Mr. Ed was great. He helped us select the solar shades that worked best for trying to achieve a balance of blocking sun and protecting our floors and furniture, while still keeping as much of our beautiful mountain view as possible. He arrived on time and installed all of the blinds by himself in a professional manner. We are very pleased with the product and install. On a side note, he's a nice, friendly guy as well. In the photo. the right side is pulled up and the left side is down. I highly recommend Mr. Ed and Smart Shading Systems.
